HeyaTrouble started as a favor for friends and turned into the wedding website builder we wished existed. We're a small team obsessed with helping couples celebrate the way they actually want to — without spreadsheets, stress, or settling for ugly templates.
It started in 2021. Two of our closest friends were getting married and asked us, half-joking, if we could help them build a wedding website. The platforms they'd tried were either uninspired and clunky, or charged hundreds of dollars for something that still looked like a 2008 brochure.
So we built them something better. A single page. One weekend of work. Their guests sent screenshots of it to their friends. Then those friends asked us. And then theirs did too.

HeyaTrouble is what came out of that. Today we're a team of nine designers, engineers, and former wedding planners, working out of a small studio in Lisbon. We obsess over typography, real photographs, and the feeling a website gives a guest the moment they open it on their phone.
